One of my online friends informed me that my Helium article seems to forced. I have to agree with him. Though I have been making just a little bit of money off of it. I guess I can try another genre. I do like doing humor pieces, though. It’s fun and people seem to enjoy them.
I haven’t heard back from AC about my other article. I don’t think they’re going to publish it. If they don’t, I’ll just put it on Helium and hope someone comes across it. I don’t care if it’s poorly written. Not at this point anyway. I’m a little disappointed with the bad writing I’ve been doing. Blah! Today really just isn’t my day.
My Internet keeps going out. When I tried to water the garden our hose broke. Then the hose from the pool filter to the pool broke. And I lost an entire article for a debate. It was not good. I suppose it can probably get worse, but I’d probably better hang it up before that happens.
Miss Thing got a job today. She’ll be answering the phones at some pizza joint in Florida. I’m happy for her. I kind of hope that she stays there so that she can go to college for free.
Grump isn’t taking my online job thing very seriously either. I guess since I’m here typing away I must not be doing anything very serious. Figures. Once I start making money he may just change his tune. I’m hoping so anyway.

Front Page Feature
I’m positively thrilled. Of course, I’m bouncing from number one to number 3 to number 2…blah. That’s ok though. I feel good seeing it up there. The more exposure I get the better.
Well, actually, in this case it’s probably not the better because I did rush that article out and didn’t read it out loud like I should have. Whatever. Hopefully not to many people notice. And if they do, so what? They give the page clicks I need to make some money. That’s ok.
Also, I heard from AC last night. They’ve made an offer. The best news about that is that they’ve offered me higher than is customary (from what I’m learning in the forums). That makes me feel all warm and cozy inside. That article, “How to Personalize You WordPress Themes- Without Knowing CSS or HTML”, is better written and formatted. I wasn’t in a huge hurry to get that one out. I’m afraid I won’t get an offer for the one I submitted last night, though. Bad Lizzie! I know better than to submit without writing and rewriting. Good grief, I’m horrible anymore.
