A Size Seven

I’ve spent some time looking around for the best diet pills. Why? Because I’ve reached the dreaded “plateau”, I think. I’ve lost– get this– 30 pounds. But I want to lose 15 more. I went from a (gulp) size 14 pants to a size 9. That’s not too shabby, if you ask me. But I want to get down to a size 7. Considering I’m almost too short to drive without restrictions, I think that’s a realistic goal. Right?

Anyway, my exercise regimen is becoming a habit. Every morning I get up and either do the dance video or yoga. I try to alternate days. My dance video really gets me energized, but is the most exhausting by the end of the day1. I feel like I’ve been beaten to death by the time it’s time for bed the days that I do my dance. The yoga isn’t so energizing, but it helps me make it through the day a lot more. I think, too, that the yoga is closer to the weight bearing exercises that I need to do to boost my metabolism. Cardio one day, weight bearing the next. That’s not too bad, I think. Still, I’ve reached a plateau and I really need to find a way to get past it. I would prefer not to use pills, but if that’s what it takes, then that’s what I’ll do.

All to get down to a size 7. Well, what can I say? I’m an American woman and that’s what we do. ;)
