Well, I’m slowly slimming down. I’m glad about that. Watching the Hydroxycut reviews on tv has made me even more determined to get skinny again. Ok, maybe not skinny. But I want to look exactly like the women in those ads. Right now. With as little work as possible.
My friend has a couple of home gym items at her house- a treadmill, stationary bike and some weights. I’ve been going out there and working off my nervous energy. Add that to the walking I do every day and I’m starting to look nice. I don’t have money to buy new jeans, so I’ve invested in a belt to keep my pants up. 25lbs lost, people. 25lbs. Not too bad, huh? Anyway, my jeans are starting to look droopy. My friend came me her “fat” jeans and now they’re becoming my “fat” jeans. It’s something to be proud of, I think.
Of course, the holidays are right around the corner and that means lots of high-fat, high-sugar foods. Which means I’ll have to develop some real will power real quick. I love Thanksgiving and, well, it goes straight to my hips. I wonder about appetite suppressors even more now. I don’t want to lose this momentum because I’m really proud of my weight loss. However, I’m not going to forgo any holiday meal. I’m not into self-torture and I love that food– cookies especially (unfortunately). Keep your fingers crossed for me.
